The Acquisition Services Corporation (ASC) Joint Venture has extensive experience supporting MDA, DoD, Army, Air Force and Navy, as well as other Government organizations. The ASC Team is a balanced mix of Small Businesses (SBs), Minority-Owned SBs, Women-Owned SB, Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB), and Service Disabled Veteran-Owned SB (SDVOSB) as designated by the Small Business Administration (SBA). 

The ASC Team was formed to provide the MDA with a high value, low-risk option to reach its mission and goals. Our small business team, comprises multiple, quality small business prime contractors with significant capabilities to ensure performance. With a capable small business prime base, we add a robust coverage of MiDAESS FCG 2 by bringing other large company partners, with substantial additional experience and redundancy in capabilities. The ASC Team includes companies that cover the locations where MDA works. Partners bring experience and knowledge of MDA as well as new faces with innovative capabilities.
